With the pursuit of comprehensive functionalities of the cooker itself and the need for brand products to make differentiated competition in the market, it is required that the pots of various kinds of materials and styles can cook foods at different temperatures and powers by means of automatic control. ? Can coat on different types of metal materials of cookware
The inner liner of electric rice cooker or other cooking utensils can be made of a variety of materials: 1. Aluminum has uniform heat conduction, easy forming and has beautiful appearance. It can be combined with other metals or alloys; 2. Stainless steel has excellent corrosion resistance and good intergranular corrosion resistance; 3. Ceramic has good thermal insulation performance, super hard and wear-resistant surface, strong acid, and alkali corrosion resistance; 4. The glass ware is exquisite and easy to observe. The above materials have their own advantages, but neither of them has good magnetic conductivity and cannot realize automatic electromagnetic control. The emergence of cold spray technology has given new vitality to the above materials. By depositing magnetic conductive coatings by cold spray process, they can have their own material advantages and magnetic conductivity at the same time, so as to realize the purpose of automatic electric heating control of the inner tank of the pot.
