Beijing Langqiao Material Technology Co., Ltd. (LQ) previously Beijing Langqiao Surface Technology Co. was founded by Penn Jia (Jeff) with his father Prof. Yongchang Jia in 1996. Beijing United Coatings Technology Co., Ltd (UCT) founded in 2009 by Penn Jia, a few years later, Prof. Jia joined the company. It was originally a thermal spray coating job shop opened in Changping district in north Beijing.

To better serve our customers, increase operation efficiency and strengthen thermal spray as our core business. The management of LQ and UCT decide to transfer all the thermal spray business of LQ to UCT.
