Before the holiday of
Spring Festival 2016, UCT held its annual year end party at a Mongolian yurt which can
accommodate over a hundred people. The party chose the Mongolian flavor feast
featuring Mongolian songs and dances, while the cheerful staffs enjoying mutton
and milk tea, the performance by the professional Mongolian actors and
actresses pushed the joyful atmosphere of the banquet to its climax. The
picture below shows that the President of UCT is slicing the roasted whole lamb
for the staffs according to the Mongolian ritual.
