UCT‘s carrousel turntable has 24 spindles radially permutated on its face plate. By indexing rotation of the turntable, it allows the part clamped on each spindle to move to the spraying position and be sprayed one by one, so that continuous and automated spraying of parts in large quantities can be realized. Furthermore, the number of spindles can also be changed to 6 or 12 on request to adapt to the requirement of production task.

Carrousel turntable is suitable for automatic spraying of massive products, and is therefore recommended to be used in applications like synchronizing rings, transmission shift forks, ball valves, ball valve seats, bearing rings, plunger pistons and hydraulic rods etc.
